Hook's Triple Play is a unique blend of cow, sheep, and goat milk, and is made with three different starter cultures to achieve an even more intriguing flavor profile. It has the look and feel of cheddar, but actually tastes more like combination of Baby Swiss, Havarti, and Gouda! We will be sampling the Triple Play Extra Innings, an even more aged version of the original with a deeper flavor. It is excellent in a variety of recipes and dishes, and is excellent for melting on burgers or sandwiches.

Deer Creek's The Blue Jay is a rich and buttery blue infused with crushed Juniper berries! The result is a bold, yet creamy, cheese with an oh so delicate pine flavor that blooms as it melts in your mouth. Serve on a cheese board with crusty bread or water crackers, apricots, dates, and pears, or try it on grilled steak or venison. Pair with Red Zinfandel, sparkling wines, and Stout.
