This class will highlight the crêpe or French pancake, which is made from thin batter. You will learn the techniques of how to make crêpes. Upstairs at The Store, you’ll find an extensive collection of 19th and 20th century English and American country antiques. The best kept secret at The Store is down the hallway in the back. There you will find a beautiful kitchen where cooking classes are held. The on-premise Chef is available to answer all your questions about food or gadgets and she teaches amazing classes.
