Recipe For Party Crackers
|
|
|
|
|
|
Ingredients:
- 1 Package of Savory Saltine Seasoning
- 4 Sleeves of Saltine Crackers or 2 (11 oz) boxes of Saltine Minis
- 1 2/3 Cups of Canola Oil
- A 2-gallon Zip Top Bag
Combine 1 2/3 Cups of Canola Oil and 1 package of Savory Seasoning in Zip Top Bag Bag and mix well.
Add 4 sleeves of crackers, seal bag filled with air. Tumble crackers in bag every 5 minutes or continually until all of the Savory Seasoning is absorbed.
Let crackers rest in bag at least overnight for best taste. Store in an air tight container.

Recipe Savory Chicken Salad

|
|
|
|
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Light sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons each of apricot preserves and fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup dried apricots - sliced
- 2 Fresh green onions (chopped)
- 1 sleeve Savory Saltine Crackers (30-40 crackers)
Mix sour cream, preserves, and lemon juice in medium bowl.
Add chicken, apricots and onions; mix lightly.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve with Savory Saltine Crackers.

Recipe Roasted Garlic Potato Corn Chowder
|

|
|
|
|
Ingredients:
- 1 Package Soup Mix
- 2 Slices of Bacon, Chopped
- 1/2 Medium Onion, Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 4 Cups Water
- 1 1/4 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 2 2/3 Cups 2% Milk (Or Half & Half)
1. In a stock pot, saute bacon until almost crisp. Add onion and garlic and saute 1 minute longer. Add soup mix (except soup base packet), water and chicken broth. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
2. Combine milk (or half & half) and soup base packet and stir with a whisk until well blended. Add to soup while stirring. Return to a simmer and cook for another 5 minutes.

Recipe For Dip Mix & Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
- Davis & Davis Dip Mix
- 2 Cups Sour Cream
- 1 Table Spoon Milk (Cheeseball Only)
Directions For Dip:
1. Combine contents with 2 cups of sour cream
2. Mix well and chill for 2-3 hours
3. Serve with your choice of chips, pretzels, vegetables
Directions For Cheese Ball:
1. Combine contents with 16 oz softened cream cheese
2. Mix well and chill for 2-3 hours
3. Shape into a ball and serve with your choice of crackers, chips, vegetables.
