Earth Day is Monday, April 22nd. We love providing birds with safe and clean food, water and shelter, of course, but also want do as much as we can to lessen our carbon footprint and help our environment. Little things like skipping straws and other single-use plastic, not releasing balloons outdoors, planting natives, recycling and ride-sharing can all add up!

The Master Gardener Volunteers of Cobb County Plant Sale and Garden Fair is coming up April 19-20 at Jim R Miller Park in Marietta. We will have a booth there with a focus on hummingbirds (with a few other products), and our own Julia Elliott, the Hummingbird Whisperer, will be there to answer all of your hummer questions. See you there!
