Livestreaming | Hybrid Events | Zoom Integration
When transitioning your events from online only, to in-person with online participants, the logistics change drastically. We can help you with integrating your in-person meeting to allow for virtual participation as well. Your in-person guests and presenters can be set up with microphones, so they can all be heard on location as well as on the web. The same goes for video. We can run as many cameras as you need to get every shot you would like people at home to see. Your presenters aren’t stuck sharing screens or working with the platform either. We take care of that as well. All they have to worry about is giving their presentations as usual.
These types of setups vary in complexity, depending on your needs. The prices of our packages reflect this. The simplest iteration is livestreaming. When livestreaming, we are sending out the audio and video from your event for people at home to view only. There is no participation from online guests.
With hybrid events, the complexity goes up and requires more equipment. To allow for virtual presenters and online interaction, we are sending the audio and video out and also bringing audio and video back into the room for all to see and hear.
We also have a permanent video teleconferencing room available at our location in Ellicott City. It is a small studio, equipped for several onsite participants to use at a time. Please contact us today for more details.
