Good afternoon,

The health and safety of our Bird Watcher staff and customers is our top priority. As business owners, we are closely monitoring the CDC's evolving guidelines and recommendations for COVID-19 safety. We are taking the situation seriously, but don't want to panic. As a small volume retailer, we feel like our current risk is low, and will continue normal operations with a strong emphasis on sanitizing and common sense.

In the meantime, we urge patience and flexibility. The weeks ahead will be challenging, and we want all of you and your loved ones to stay safe and healthy. We will get through this, and we all need nature now more than ever!

Our staff will be washing their hands and sanitizing all common surfaces frequently, but if you are concerned about shopping in our stores, we advise you to call in orders by telephone. We can process your credit card, and bring your order out to the curb. Please call the individual store numbers listed below. Our toll free number rings through to our Kennesaw location only.

Kennesaw - 770-499-7597
Roswell - 770-642-5599
Buford - 770-945-9499
Marietta - 770-973-7712
Canton - 770-720-3020

We encourage seniors and those with medical conditions to shop with us between 10 -11am, and ask everyone else to please shop after 11am, when possible.

We recommend buying larger bags of seed, or stocking seed, suet cakes, suet nuggets, kibbles and dried mealworms by the case to reduce frequent visits. Cole's Wild Bird Products bagged seed is nitrogen purged, and if unopened, should last two to three months without getting buggy when stored in a cool location.

We would like to discourage cash transactions unless absolutely necessary, so you and our staff don't have to handle money.

Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram, where we can post any quick-changing updates. Thank you for being loyal customers and supporting small businesses, especially during this time, and we hope you find some peace and happiness watching birds while spending time at home.

Birds are already nesting, spring migrants are starting to move through, and Ruby-throats will be returning to your feeders in a few weeks. Mother Nature doesn't stop for Coronavirus!

Thank you,

Karen Theodorou and Julia Elliott
