Dear Clients;
We hope that you are all well and are staying safe. We apologize for the delay in sending this email and I know many of you have been wanting to know our status regarding the re-opening of the spa.  As you can imagine, there is a lot to do to ensure that we are providing a safe spa experience for both you and our staff.  We are working hard to put all the pieces into place in order to facilitate reopening sometime this month.  Our push goal is to be able to begin seeing clients starting May 18th, providing that we have all the necessary equipment, employee training and facility changes in place.  We will keep you appraised of our progress and if we are unable to meet the May 18th target, will let you know the revised date.

With the advent of COVID 19, the spa experience will be much different than what you may be used to.  And while safety is our number one priority, we are also committed to providing an enjoyable experience as well.  Some of the changes we are implementing will include staff uniforms and personal protective equipment, strict sanitation between each client, staggered appointment times to minimize contact with outsiders, temperature checks for both employees and customers upon entering the facility, additional hours to accommodate a reduced work force and new software to streamline the scheduling, check out and communication processes.  Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, there are some services that we will be unable to offer upon reopening, such as couples massage, facials, lip waxing, chin waxing, nose waxing and some body treatments. Also, due to current orders from the state, the steam room and locker rooms are closed for the foreseeable future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we will reopen these amenities as soon as we are able.

Lastly, to everyone who purchased retail products and gift certificates over the past few weeks, thank you!  To our members who kept their accounts active, please know that this made a huge difference in our ability to weather the storm and we will be eternally grateful for your kindness and generosity.  In order to keep credits manageable, we have suspended billing for monthly memberships until June 1st.  We are also waiving transfer fees for member services until September,  so feel free to bring a friend or gift someone with your available unused credits.

All of our staff are returning to work and are anxious to see you again.  We know this has been an incredibly stressful time for everyone and we are looking forward to being able to bring some healing to our little corner of the world.  Thank you for your patience with us through this process and if you have any questions we invite you to call or email us at info@indulgencesdayspa.com
