2022 CHAMBER ELECTIONS

"America's most astonishing choir." - The New York Times

Music in a Great Space Presents The Crossing in Concert

Music in a Great Space, the concert series at Shadyside Presbyterian Church, welcomes The Crossing on Saturday, March 26th at 3:00 p.m.

Hear the Grammy-winning professional chamber choir that The New York Times calls “America’s most astonishing choir.” Conducted by Donald Nally, The Crossing presents the world premiere of composer Stacy Garrop’s “In a House Besieged.” The program also features two introspective works by spiritual-minimalist Arvo Pärt and Lansing McLoskey’s provocative, gloriously mystifying “The Memory of Rain.”

Tickets cost $15 each and may be purchased in advance through the church office or at the door.

The church is situated on the corner of Amberson Avenue and Westminster Place, only one block off Fifth Avenue. Free on-street parking is available surrounding the church. The church is wheelchair-accessible. Visit the church’s website for current COVID-19 precautions, as well as additional information: www.shadysidepres.org.
