On October 1, 2022, Reverend Monsignor Joseph L. Luca, pastor emeritus of St. Louis Church in Clarksville and St. Francis of Assisi in Fulton; beloved son of the late Angelo N. Luca and Tommasina Luca (nee Maltese); devoted brother of Angelo A. Luca, Albert C. Luca and his wife Carla, and the late Vincent A. Luca.
Monsignor Luca will lie in state at St. Louis Church, 12500 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD 21029, on Tuesday from 2 to 7 pm, where a vigil service will be held at 7 pm; and on Wednesday, from 9 to 10:30 am, where a funeral mass will be held at 11 am. Interment private at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
