May Procession & Crowning of Mary
Monday, May 13th after Noon Mass
Come on the Feast Day of Our Lady of Fatima to honor Our Blessed Mother! Following Mass, all are invited to process outside with Msgr. Lizor to our lovely grotto to crown the statue of Our Lady. Coast to Coast Consecration
to Jesus through Mary

Friday, May 31st
In order to increase the effectiveness of our prayers and apostolic endeavors, many of us are uniting spiritually in preparation of consecrating ourselves and our apostolates to Jesus through Mary on one special day at the same time. The 33 Day Preparation began individually on Sunday, April 28, the feast of St. Louis de Montfort & Divine Mercy Sunday in order to consecrate on Friday, May 31, the Feast of The Visitation, the Lady of All Nations, and Mary, Mediatrix of All Graces. This is a reminder to all who are preparing that the Consecration will be live streamed from the National Shrine of Divine Mercy in Stockbridge, MA on May 31.
If you did not begin this time, please know that your preparation for consecration can begin anytime throughout the year, with the general practice of aiming to complete the 33 day preparation on a Marian feast day and then consecrating oneself individually. Books can be purchased in the bookstore.

REGULAR MONTHLY ACTIVITIES

Children's Storytime & Craft
Two Wednesdays a month at 10:30 am in the Conference Room
MAY DATES: 5/8 & 5/22
Bring the children to hear Mrs. Ginny read entertaining and wonderfully virtuous Catholic children's books, do a fun craft, and enjoy a snack. RSVP so we know how many snacks and crafts to have on hand, but last minute drop-ins are always welcome!

Holy Hour of Reparation before the Blessed Sacrament
Every 2nd Friday following 12:00 Noon Mass
MAY DATE: 5/10

In light of the affronts against God and his creation which are being perpetrated and increasingly promoted in our world, we have decided to again make this powerful devotion a regular activity at OLC. Come join in these vocal prayers of thanksgiving and reparation to the Blessed Trinity and especially our Savior, prayers through our dear Blessed Mother, and all the saints for unity in the Church, for sinners of all types, for a just and lasting peace in the world and more! Booklets are provided and are also for sale in the bookstore.

Linus Project Blanket Making Workshops

Already over 300 blankets have been donated and thank you letters are rolling in. Please consider helping us buy more materials with a cash donation.

Flame of Love Prayer Cenacles
Every Tuesday 10 am, Thursday 10 am & Thursday 3 pm (Choose One)
About 30 prayer warriors per week on average are attending the Flame of Love Cenacles and experiencing the power of praying in groups, and more are discovering this devotion every week. Come pray for the Holy Spirit to come into our hearts by means of the Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, a new Pentecost! You are welcome to come to any one of the cenacles to learn more.

IN THE NEWS...

MANY THANKS!
OLC's Annual Spring Clean Up Day a Great Success
Our dedicated patrons came to our rescue once again, hauling tons of dead wood, mulching, polishing and cleaning our grounds and chapel. It was a day full of fun, laughter, cleaning, and food! Thank you to all who helped, for giving back to Our Lady for all that she has done for us! A special thank you to Carolyn Niebauer & Elsa Kane for heading up our chapel sprucing and Lou Myers for overseeing the outdoor clean-up. We also have an Eagle Scout project in the works to shore up the erosion behind our grotto. More to come in another newsletter!
