We are hearing from some of you about problems receiving our newsletters. When signing up in the stores, please print clearly so we enter your address correctly. You can also send it to us at info@birdwatchersupply.com
We've looked into things on our end and it seems that most problem cases are Gmail addresses, so you might want to try a different account.
Often, with a little digging, our newsletters are found in junk mail folders. We do have a recurring issue with the email signup on our website, so we don't recommend signing up there. Also, if you've ever reported them as spam (even accidentally), we will not be able to send to that address again. We always post the newsletter on our Facebook page as soon as it goes out. The current newsletter, along with the entire previous year's newsletters are archived on our website, so you can find them there easily. We want everyone to receive it, but with over 13k addresses, it's hard to troubleshoot every case individually. Thanks for your understanding!

It's almost Market time!
We are headed to AmericasMart next week to place orders for 2025. Watch for fun, new merchandise arriving in stores soon for the upcoming seasons. Spring garden flags are starting to arrive at our warehouse and we hope to get them to the stores in the next few weeks. Let us know if there is something you think we should look for and carry in our stores. #AtlMkt

Remaining Christmas merch is marked 25-75% off! Stock up for next year--selection varies by store location.

Happy New Year! We are watching the wintry weather forecast for Friday and Saturday. We urge you to stock up on supplies Wednesday and Thursday, as it's looking more and more like we will not open Friday, and possibly open late, if at all Saturday. We learned our lesson in 2014 when we had employees stuck on the roads and in the stores overnight. We want to make sure everybody stays safe, and all our birds have what they need to get through the storm. Now's a good time to add bird bath heaters and deicers, along with weather guards for hanging feeders. High-protein foods like suet cakes, suet kibbles, suet nuggets, mealworms and nuts in addition to your regular birdseed will be much appreciated. Mr. Bird seed cylinders and seed cakes are great extra food sources as your birds will be feeding heavily this week. Please check our Facebook page or call the stores for any closings before heading out Friday or Saturday.
